My name is Bridget Gagnon, and I am passionate about helping people like
you find out who they are at Soul-Level and empowering them to be the
best version of themselves that they can be.

I was driven to do this work, whilst learning myself that there is nothing
more fulfilling than following your intuition and eventually being able to live
in perfect alignment with who we are at Soul-Level, no matter what
circumstances we find ourselves in.

With time, education and life experiences, I started to understand my
responsibility in the creation and manifestation of my own reality, and I am
(still) learning to create the reality that I want. I know that I am the divine
creator of my own human experience. I am creating the life that I am
experiencing, and I am fully aware that life is not just happening to me.

Before my Akashic Record reading training,( Soul Realignment™) I spent a
lot of time reading spirituality books, learning meditation, carrying out
personal introspection, working with my shadow self and doing inner child
work, but there was always something not quite right: I felt like there was
something that I was missing. I was not always listening to my intuition. I
was not clearing my karmic patterns, and I was definitely spending too
much time in meditation and visualisation and not necessarily taking the
correct action in order to create the life I want and rid myself of certain
karmic patterns that I kept attracting not really understanding why. And that
is NOT what I want for you. I want you to be empowered to create the life
you want. I want you to be aware of why you are creating the life you have
versus the life you desire. This is why I am so passionate about Soul
Realignment™. Soul Realignment™ is ALL about empowerment, by
accessing and reading the Akashic Records in order to clear blocks and
restrictions and help clients understand and express their Divine Gifts and
Soul Purpose.

I have been on my spiritual journey since the 1990s and I distinctly
remember when I had my spiritual awakening in the early 2000s. My world
as I knew it came crashing down around me and I was the one who created
it. From the outside looking in I appeared to have it all, but deep down I
was very unhappy, and I was searching for who I was at Soul-Level and
why I was here at this time. I was searching for my soul’s purpose.

I left a long a long-term relationship and started a new career at the same
time. For the very first time in my adult life I was completely alone and
determined to find out exactly who I was and what was my life’s path and
my true purpose. I started to meditate and go within. I was definitely on my
path of self-discovery.

I met my first energy healer in 2002 and she was an Energy Dowser who
used various charts and energy clearing techniques. I was not exactly sure
what she was doing, but I knew I felt better, much lighter and more at
peace.

Since then, I have had many different types of energy healing such as
Theta healing, Shamanic journeying, Reiki, Crystal Healing, Craniosacral
Therapy, Neuro emotional Technique, Bio Energetic Intolerance Elimination
and various other therapies. They have all been amazing in their own way
and have aided me in both my spiritual and healing journeys.

Along my spiritual journey, I have meditated, read lots of books on
spirituality, listened to various podcasts, did the Inner Engineering Training
with Sadhguru, did the Art of Happiness weekend workshop through the
Art of Living, worked with crystals, saw various healers throughout the
years, learned Tarot, became a Hibiscus Moon Certified Crystal Healer and
a Certified Advanced Soul Realignment™ Practitioner.

I have completed Soul Realignment™ Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, The
Manifesting Blueprint, Karmic Mastery and I am currently working on Vital
Force Energy Mastery. I will continue to take anything and everything
Andrrea Hess the creator of Soul Realignment™ teaches, and I will
continue to offer more readings to help empower as many people as I can.

I currently see myself as an empowering guide in the path to
enlightenment, searching for the quickest and most enjoyable way to
empower you with the consciousness, tools and skills that will help you

navigate your own divine journey in this world and create a life that feels
more fulfilled, content and abundant.

This is truly what I am passionate about. I would love to help you grow your
